Responsibilities:

 

1 OKR Landing:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and communicate OKRs throughout the organization.

• Facilitate OKR workshops and training sessions to ensure alignment and understanding across teams.

• Track and monitor progress of OKRs, providing regular updates and reports to leadership.

• Identify barriers or challenges that hinder OKR achievement and work with relevant teams to address them.

•Support teams in setting ambitious yet attainable Key Results that drive organizational growth and success.

2、 Administrative Duties:

• Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior executives.

• Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, travel arrangements, and accommodations.

• Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.

• Maintain and update company databases, documents, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Handle general administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing, and office supply management.

3、 HR Support:

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientations.

• Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

• Support HR in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys.

• Assist in HR-related documentation, including employee contracts, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

• Serve as a point of contact for employees' HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, accounting&finance, mathematics or a related field.

• Proven experience in OKR implementation and management is highly desirable.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

• Proficient in using productivity and project management tools.

• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices is a plus.

• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
