Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting thorough research from various sources, collaborating with the sales team to meet sales targets and grow the client portfolio.
- Accurately identify and assess client profiles, filtering prospects based on relevant criteria to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Working closely with the Client Success Coordinator to guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively utilize our products and services to meet their business objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitors and client needs, using these insights to drive product improvements and suggest new business strategies.
- Track and monitor key performance metrics related to client success, providing regular reports to management and using data to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance client outcomes.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field is required.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in sales, business development or client success roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong research skills and the ability to analyze data and market trends are essential for this role.
- Driven, self-motivated and proactiveness are crucial, as well as the ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail and diligence in completing tasks.
