Key Responsibilities
- Provide quotes and execute trades with other Counterparties using in-house systems
- Shift-rotation for evenings and occasionally weekends
- Work with IT department to improve automation capabilities within the firm
- Communicate meaningfully with internal staff as well as clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market news, regulatory developments, and industry trends related to cryptocurrencies and OTC trading
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of working experience, either with exposure within the financial industry or cryptocurrency trading
- Understanding of cryptocurrencies / blockchain technology
- Adherence to high ethical standards
- Effective at communication, Business Mandarin capabilities will be particularly advantageous
- Independent worker, patient and goal-driven
- Excellent numerical / analytical skills
- Practical python programming and Excel capabilities
