Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Align Business, Technology, and UX to deliver high quality digital products.
- Execute strategic roadmaps, growth development, launches, and marketing for high product optimisation.
- Translate product strategies into high level requirements for development and implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage project status, resolve implementation issues and mitigate risks/dependencies timely.
- Support in the delivery of projects, prepare and develop proper documentations.
- Ensure smooth product/project delivery and BAU operations internally and externally.
- Assess consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships for differentiation and positioning to assist in developing product roadmaps.
- Contribute to the achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans.
- Help drive innovation by working with external partners/alliances to develop products and manage vendor relationships.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and/or highly knowledgeable in Investment and Banking, Financial Services or Digital Products/Platforms.
- Possess a keen sense of technology developments, market trends, and needs of the enterprise business market.
- Working experience of more than 3 years as part of a digital finance product team.
- Individual who is highly adaptable, a self-initiator and an action-oriented team player.
- Good project management skills with attention to details, ability to multi-task and work within timelines.
- Have the drive and commitment to follow through in succeeding in a competitive market environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
- Some knowledge of regulatory requirements of the industry.
- Ability to speak Mandarin and experience working with Mandarin speakers to work with our Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
