Job Description


  1. Build strong relationships with potential candidates, utilizing research and networking skills to identify and engage top talent in the Fin-Tech market.
  2. Utilize data analytics and social media tools to source and assess candidates, ensuring the most suitable fit for the organization.
  3. Lead the adoption of effective recruitment processes and systems, continually improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
  4. Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and departments.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand the organization's talent needs and develop creative recruitment strategies to attract and retain the best candidates.


  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience as a Recruiter.
  3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
  4. Knowledge and experience in utilizing data analytics and social media tools for effective recruitment practices.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  7. Proven ability to continuously improve recruitment processes and systems for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
