Responsibilities：
- Work in conjunction with different parties to conceptualize and propose IT solution approaches of privide banking system, i.e. Stakeholders, Users, Consultant, and Development Teams.
- Design business solutions and transform users' needs & business requirements into functional requirement specifications.
- Identify and document constraints, assumptions and risks associated with business requirements.
- Maintain timely communications to business stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensure common understanding of the requirements and the impact to the business area.
- Track transition plan & provide ongoing support to perform root cause analysis on UAT and production support.
- Prepare and maintain knowledge base, systems related documentation, training materials and operation manuals.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Computing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years IT experience in banks or in banking solution vendors.
- Good analytical skills with knowledge in private banking system from front to back office.
- Strong in requirements collection, business analysis, and project management.
- Fast learner and have passion to pick up different IT and banking knowledge.
- Excellent communication skill and presentation skills.
