Senior Partnership Associate

Full Time  1 to 5 Years experience

$4500 - $5500 monthly

Job Description

•    Responsible for achieving sales & business development objectives / targets
•    Plan and execute key account strategy, marketing activities and demand generation campaigns
•    Identify client’s strategic priorities and interests
•    Identify, negotiate and acquire new, high-value deals
•    Identify, acquire & manage accounts (end-to-end CRM) for enterprise and/or government sales
•    Ensure that the commercial terms for deals are in line with business objectives and strategy
•    Manage existing key clients to sell, upsell, expand their sales volumes and maintain positive long-term relationships
•    Develop innovative new methods of cooperation and sales acquisition
•    Handle account management matters and be the point of contact for customers
•    Work with cross functional teams to coordinate pre-sales, post-sales and support resources to drive successful closure and implementation for customers
•    Coordinate and support communication plans for enhanced visibility and influence with targeted audiences.
•    Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

Job Requirements

•    Degree in Business Administration/Financial Management/Economics or similar degree to understand complex and multi -level business lending dynamics
•    4-6 years of working experience in management consulting, management associate program, business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnership management or B2B sales, or
•    Experience and proven track record successfully corporate business management with P&L responsibility/ entrepreneurial experiences
•    Experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
•    Proven track record of successful partnership management
•    Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and entrepreneur mindset
•    Strong business acumen and analytical skills – Complex problem solving skills
•    Relevant industry experience in corporate banking, insurance, FinTech or Enterprise sales will complement the roles and responsibilities of the job
•    Understanding of payments products and industry will be a plus
