- Sourcing, evaluation, structuring and execution of investment transactions within technology an alternative lending industries
- Strategising and development of investment thesis on potential opportunities
- Preparation of investment slide decks and financial modelling of private credit opportunities
- Presentation and marketing of investment proposals to senior management, investors, and business partners
- Work with legal, financial, and other consultants on fundraising, deals and startup advisor
- Continuous investment management of private debt / venture debt investments, in terms of forecasting and monitoring financial returns
- Contribute to the development of Helicap’s technology and analytics platform
- Participate in business development initiatives within Helicap and portfolio companies
- Assist with business development, events, and other commercial activities
Skill Sets and Requirements
- 1 – 3 years of working experience and looking to develop a meaningful career in FinTech / investments
- Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and enjoys a startup culture
- Open-minded, curious, and willing to learn
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in financial analysis and Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint
- Programming knowledge and skills is a plus
