About the Company:
Our client, a leading Fintech company, is seeking a highly skilled professional to join the virtual banking IT Operations and Infrastructure Management team.
Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day processes and activities of IT Operations and infrastructure to ensure the reliability, availability, and security of systems, services, and infrastructure based on established policies, procedures, and processes.
- Manage the organization's applications and infrastructure projects, including cloud infrastructure, core banking applications, end-user IT assets, data backup and storage operations, payment systems, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex incidents and problems and implement application operations such as upgrades, migrations, and patches.
- Oversee production incidents and establish controls within the overall ITSM framework.
- Work with relevant departments to develop and execute disaster recovery strategies and plans.
- Manage IT audits and assessments as required.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of working experience in the banking and finance industry.
- Cloud infrastructure project management, end-user, and IT operational support experience is necessary
- Strong knowledge of third-party payment or core banking applications such as SWIFT/ MEPS+/ Paynow/ FAST/ T24/ Thought Machine
- Solid understanding and practice of IT service management, with knowledge of ITIL being advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various teams to ensure project delivery.
- Experience in incident and problem management, including third-party services and data center solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin to interact with stakeholders both locally and internationally.
