The Role
As Executive Search Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with senior consultants and a specialist team to fulfil client mandates with efficiency and professionalism
- Conducting in-depth talent market research and engaging directly with senior professionals in the financial services sector
- Facilitating smooth, well-organized interview and selection processes, ensuring a quality experience for all stakeholders
- Expanding professional networks and shaping sourcing strategies tailored for Asia's evolving market
- Contributing to Lleapz's growth through involvement in client development initiatives and market outreach
Professional Experience & Attributes
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in executive search, recruitment, consulting, or client-facing roles
- Strong relationship-building abilities, combining confidence with humility in all professional interactions
- Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree (HR, Finance, Business, or related)
- Background in asset & wealth management or fintech is a plus
- CEI Certificate is an advantage
- Singapore resident or with work authorization
