Job Description
We are looking for HR cum Payroll Specialist to join one of the fast growing IT company in Singapore and support business expansion plans in other countries.

JOB SCOPES:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes (200 headcount)
- Verifying and processing of invoices from outsourced agencies submissions (100 headcount)
- Prepare payroll related reports including data input for accounting purposes
- Review and reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirement
- Respond to the employee queries related to payroll
- Participate in the implementation of payroll system upgrades or migration or any payroll related projects
- Ensure timely submission of all government paid leave claims (maternity leave, paternity leave, child care leave and etc)
- Assist in the recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and job posting
- Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, cancellations
- Prepare HR documents (employment contract, confirmation letter, staff employment verification letter, etc)
- Manage business-related travel arrangements, including hotel and air tickets bookings and visa applications
- Assist in administration of staff benefits and welfare activities and provide support for company events
- Handle office related admin duties such as office facilities maintenance, purchasing of pantry supplies, liaising with vendors (cleaning service/ building management)
- Assist in administration of staff benefits and welfare activities and provide support for company events
- Provide operational support to the HR Department
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean (s) only.
- Must possess at least Diploma / Degree in related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in payroll processing.
